Avelia Spa Day Giveaway – Official Rules
1. Organizer
The giveaway is organized by Avelia (“the Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
• Open to all customers who place an order on the official Avelia website.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Employees of Avelia, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion Period
• The giveaway runs continuously until 500 valid orders have been placed.
• At every threshold of 500 completed orders (e.g., 500, 1000, 1500…), one winner will be selected.
4. How to Enter
• Each completed order placed on the Avelia website counts as one automatic entry into the giveaway.
• Customers do not need to take any additional action to participate.
5. Prize
• One (1) winner will receive a Spa Day & Relax Experience at a wellness center/spa selected by Avelia.
• The prize includes:
• A full-day spa pass for one person.
• Access to all wellness facilities (pool, sauna, steam bath, etc., depending on the chosen spa).
• A relaxing massage or treatment (details may vary depending on availability).
• The prize does not include travel, accommodation, or personal expenses.
6. Winner Selection
• Once the milestone of 500 orders is reached, Avelia will conduct a random computerized draw among all valid entries within 7 days.
• The draw will be supervised internally to ensure fairness and transparency.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
7. Prize Delivery
• The winner will receive a voucher or digital pass to access the spa experience.
• The spa venue will be chosen by Avelia and may vary depending on the winner’s location.
• The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and must be booked in advance.
8. Publicity
• By participating, the winner agrees to allow Avelia to publish their first name and city for promotional purposes (e.g., “Winner: Anna, Milan”).
• No additional personal information will be shared without consent.
9. General Conditions
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• Avelia reserves the right to substitute the spa experience with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of notification, a new draw will be conducted.
• Avelia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway in case of fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its control.
10. Governing Law
• These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Avelia is legally registered.
